A friend of mine has been suffering from a callus on his foot. So he went to see a doctor already and had nitrogen treatment several times. He said the treatment was so painful so he longed for LAST SESSION every time he went to see the doctor.
2 days ago, he asked me to cast the Horary to see if that was the last visit on his way to see the doctor. so I did.

Meanwhile his foot, Mercury is now in the 5th house, Sagittarius sign where the Mercury has a detriment. so his foot is not 100% healed at this moment. Mercury is heading to the 6th house which represents illness, a hospital kinda thing. Sagittarius is one of the Mutable signs. This fact also shows that his foot will get pain again easily if he stops treatment as he pleases. And Mercury is antiscion-conjunction with Saturn within 7 ish degrees.

Saturn represents a doctor and it is in the 7th house, Capricorn sign. I am sure his doctor is an expert since Saturn has rulership in Capricorn sign.

Conclusion: His foot is being healed and getting better and better but he needs to go to see the doctor and have nitrogen treatment a few more times.
